The International Organization for Peace Building and Social Justice (PSJ), as part of its efforts to promote social justice and advocate for human rights, recognizes the urgent need for collaboration among stakeholders to combat modern-day slavery in Nigeria. Therefore, the organization plans to organize a convening to bring together stakeholders in the anti-slavery movement to share knowledge and learning and to build relationships and collaborations.


The objective of the convening is to bring together key stakeholders in the anti-slavery movement to:

  • Share experiences and lessons learned in anti-slavery interventions.
  • Identify gaps and challenges in current interventions and propose solutions.
  • Build collaborations and partnerships for effective anti-slavery interventions in Nigeria.
  • Develop a shared understanding of the issues and challenges of modern-day slavery in Nigeria.
